1. Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition in which you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • Returned with its tags

  • Returned in its original packaging

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions explaining how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants

  • Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items

  • Personal-care goods, such as beauty products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have.

Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.

The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

8. Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit-card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
