Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
If we’re experiencing a high order volume, processing may take longer — we’ll update you by email if there’s a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs delays, carrier issues, or holidays can push timelines — that’s out of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We don’t control or predict customs fees.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

If you enter an incorrect address and the package returns to us, we can reship it — but you’ll need to pay the reshipping cost.
If the carrier marks the order as delivered but you didn’t receive it, you must contact the carrier directly — we cannot refund or replace items marked as delivered.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
If your package is lost in transit and the carrier confirms non-delivery, assess with the carrier the best course of action as C.Monet is not liable. 

Order Changes & Cancellations

You have 2 hours after placing your order to request changes or cancellations. After that, the order may already be in process and can’t be edited.
